I almost never leave reviews, but felt it was important to do so in this case. I was in London for work events so wasn’t at the hotel much, but rooms were very quiet and very comfortable and beautifully designed. Lots of little touches that you appreciate in the room that shows the hotel was thinking ahead and very thoughtful with design and amenities. Service was excellent as well. Very proactive and communicative and helpful front desk. Will be back.

We had a wonderful four night stay at The Broadwick Soho, and from the moment we arrived it was clear this is somewhere special. We were made to feel genuinely welcome by Ricky, who looked after us brilliantly and helped us arrange an upgrade. Our room was absolutely beautiful. The attention to detail is exceptional, from the overall design right down to the smallest touches. One example says it all. If you leave charging cables by the bed, they are neatly tied and organised for you. If they care that much about the small things, you can imagine how well everything else is done. We enjoyed drinks in the bar before dinner at Dear Jackie on Saturday night, which was a real highlight. Naz looked after us and treated us like family. We had a lovely table, the food was outstanding, and the atmosphere was spot on. It felt like a genuine occasion, not just a meal. Each evening we ended up at Flute, the rooftop bar, which was fantastic. Great music with a DJ, a lively but relaxed crowd, and again that same attention to detail. You could see members of the management team present and engaged, clearly focused on building something special, and succeeding. Our stay was perfectly rounded off at check out when Michael made us exactly the coffee we wanted at 7am before we headed off in a taxi. A small gesture, but one that sums up the experience. It’s been a long time since a hotel left such a strong impression on us. We’re already looking forward to our next stay.

This hotel is amazing! It is a small boutique hotel that is beautifully and eccentrically decorated. The service is impeccable. The food is good. The housekeeping and cleanliness are off the charts. Our room was stunning with no detail overlooked. Truly a top notch experience all around!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and will stay again! Staff were exceptionally friendly and professional. The rooftop bar serves fantastic cocktails. The hotel was also considerably less expensive than our usual London hotel The Hamyard. The hotel is also located in an ideal part of London near Carnaby Street andSoho:-)

This 5-star hotel offers a good overall experience, especially in terms of service quality and location. It is situated right in Soho (near Regent street), making it extremely convenient for sightseeing, shopping, and dining. The accessibility to major attractions is definitely one of its biggest advantages. The staff were exceptionally warm, professional, and attentive throughout my stay. From check-in to daily assistance, they were always willing to help and made me feel very welcomed. The hotel facilities are modern, clean, and well maintained, creating a comfortable and luxurious atmosphere. That said, the room was slightly smaller than expected for a 5-star hotel, particularly if you are traveling with multiple suitcases. While the space was limited, it was still well-designed, clean, and functional, so it didn’t significantly affect the overall comfort. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and truly appreciated the high-quality service and prime location. I would definitely consider staying here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and excellent hospitality in the heart of the city. Worth for money! Rating: 4.3/5 (the room is a bit noisy at night)

Incredible hotel. Service was impeccable; we checked in with Ollie and he was perfection! He immediately picked up on our appreciation for the design and decor of the hotel and offered us a tour. Ollie took the time to share the history of the hotel, the influences into the stunning design and showed us around the all of the beautiful spaces within the hotel. Thank you Ollie! Our room was gorgeous, beautifully designed and with evident attention to detail in every aspect. Very well appointed and comfortable. The area: Soho is amazing, intriguing, walkable, exciting and entertaining. A great location. We will certainly be back!

Just had an incredible stay at The Broadwick SoHo. The rooms are impeccable. So beautifully decorated and comfortable. So many thoughtful details…there was nothing that we could have needed that wasn’t provided. The hotel is centrally located in a busy and walkable area with lots of shops and restaurants. The service was also incredible. We will definitely be back!

We felt really looked after by the staff at the Broadwick. The doormen are super professional and funny and kind and the bar and front desk staff are excellent. It’s quite rare to feel like the staff genuinely want you to have a great experience and we definitely felt like that at Broadwick. We stayed for six days over Christmas and had a wonderful stay!
